Sugartowm Mobile Preschool – Wardell

In the sandpit the children helped staff build a volcano. They were eager to participate in every step, from wetting the sand, then taking turns to pour down the hole the bi carb, red colouring and vinegar. The children showed great pleasure and joy when the lava erupted. This is an example of Outcome 4: Children resource their own learning through connecting with natural and processed materials.
