Hi! My name is Joanne Hancock. I have worked at Jumbunna for around 10 years and I am the cleaner. Since being at Jumbunna, we have changed to environmentally friendly cleaning products wherever possible for the health and safety of the children and staff. With being the cleaner, I work mainly behind the scenes and it’s a pleasure to watch the teaching staff play with and educate you children. Within my time at Jumbunna, a lot of things have changed within my personal life and everyone at Jumbunna has been very supportive. You couldn’t leave your children in better hands.

We now have in our foyer, in pride of place, a remembrance plaque for Robyn, who was the founder of Jumbunna. We all miss her passion, dedication and the great leader she was. Robyn will always be remembered in Casino for the significant impact she has had on the children and families.

Register for My Family Lounge in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1

For NEW families to My Family Lounge, click on the REGISTER button on the right. You will then be taken through a registration process to create your MFL account. For families with existing MFL accounts, skip to step 2!

Step 2

Log into your MFL account and tell us about you, your child and what bookings you are after so we can help you out.

Step 3

If you have requested permanent bookings, we will come back to you within 48hours and advise if we have a spot available for your child. If we have a spot, we will email you an offer and ask you to accept the offer and complete and submit the Enrolment form in the MFL portal.
