a word from Lisa Sharing our different cultures at preschool is important because it helps breakdown barriers and encourage acceptance and understanding of each other and our ways.

Each room is doing a Goori flag display and Sally and the jarjums in the Echidena room painted theirs on the window.

Jarjums also learnt about the meaning of this flag Black for the people, Red for the land and Yellow for the sun.

Maybe next time you are in the centre, you can ask them about their display and what is the meaning behind it.

Creating Community Connections at Wardell Preschool!

The local Police Officer, Michael cam to visit Wardell Preschool today. He showed them inside and out of his vehicle, and spoke with them. This is a great learning opportunity for the children and raising their awareness of how the Police can keep them safe. Thankyou Michael.

Wardell Preschool had a visit today from one of our dads. The children were very engaged and interested. I am sure they will have lots to share with their families when they get home.

Register for My Family Lounge in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1

For NEW families to My Family Lounge, click on the REGISTER button on the right. You will then be taken through a registration process to create your MFL account. For families with existing MFL accounts, skip to step 2!

Step 2

Log into your MFL account and tell us about you, your child and what bookings you are after so we can help you out.

Step 3

If you have requested permanent bookings, we will come back to you within 48hours and advise if we have a spot available for your child. If we have a spot, we will email you an offer and ask you to accept the offer and complete and submit the Enrolment form in the MFL portal.
