Every year, Jumbunna undergoes a review of our services and programs to make sure we are providing the best possible services and support to our families and the greater community in which we live. We collect feedback and take notice of suggestions that are provided because the needs of our community are important to us.

We are currently surveying our families, staff, service partners and the community – we would like to give our online followers the chance to provide feedback too. So, if you would like to participate and have not already done it, please contact us before 12 November 2015 to request a copy of the survey.

Robyn Townsend

We now have in our foyer, in pride of place, a remembrance plaque for Robyn, who was the founder of Jumbunna. We all miss her passion, dedication and the great leader she was. Robyn will always be remembered in Casino for the significant impact she has had on the children and families.

Join My Family

Register for My Family Lounge in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1

For NEW families to My Family Lounge, click on the REGISTER button on the right. You will then be taken through a registration process to create your MFL account. For families with existing MFL accounts, skip to step 2!

Step 2

Log into your MFL account and tell us about you, your child and what bookings you are after so we can help you out.

Step 3

If you have requested permanent bookings, we will come back to you within 48hours and advise if we have a spot available for your child. If we have a spot, we will email you an offer and ask you to accept the offer and complete and submit the Enrolment form in the MFL portal.
